We looked at the 3 BHK villas, which are 2274 square feet, and they felt comfortable. The 4.5 BHK at 2500 square feet seemed a bit too large for our immediate needs, but good to know the option is there. It's a gated community with 24x7 water supply, which is essential. We also checked Jupiter Hospital, which is nearby, so that's very convenient. The Balewadi Phata Bus Stop is also close by at nearby. The only thing is the price range of 2.27 Cr to 2.5 Cr is a bit high for our budget, but the location and amenities are compelling.
