I'm buying a 2 BHK flat which is 1240 Sq.ft saleable area. The budget of 68.19 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for this location and proximity to such a major hospital. It's still under construction, expected completion is December 2026, which gives me some time. I did notice the traffic can be a bit heavy on the main road during peak hou, but that's common in Hyderabad. Overall, the location convenience is the biggest draw for me right now. Om DevelopeHyderabad seems to have a decent reputation.
