The price of 1.51 Crore onwards is on the higher side, but the amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and 24x7 security make it feel worth it. Om Sree BuildeAnd Developehave provided good features like rain water harvesting and water conservation, which I appreciate. While the location in Secunderabad, Kowkoor is convenient, reaching Macha Bollaram Bus Stop takes about 15-20 minutes by auto, which is a bit of a trek.

The community buildings and jogging track are very useful for my daily routine. The price starting at 1.51 Crore is what I expected for a project of this size and quality. My only reservation is that the OC is not yet available, which makes me a bit hesitant about the legalities.

The project is ready to move, having been completed in January 2023. The price of 1.51 Crore onwards was acceptable for us, especially considering the 3 BHK configuration. We are enjoying the gymnasium and the jogging track. Om Sree BuildeAnd Developehave provided good security features like video door security and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The only slight issue is that the car parking can feel a bit congested at times.

The price of 1.51 Crore onwards was a bit high for our initial budget, but the location in Secunderabad, Kowkoor is convenient. We really liked the swimming pool and the gymnasium. The developer, Om Sree BuildeAnd Develope, seems to have put in good amenities. We are still waiting for the OC though, which is a bit concerning. The traffic can also get heavy during peak houon the main road.

  We chose Om Sree Grand mainly because Pallavi Model School - Alwal is nearby, and Surekha Hospital is also right next door. This was a huge factor for us. We got a 3 BHK flat with 2250 Sq.ft of saleable area, which is perfect for our growing kids. It's ready to move, and we liked the layout. The price of 1.51 Crore onwards was within our reach. The amenities like the swimming pool and the kids' play area are a big plus. The only downside is the lack of OC availability, which makes me a bit anxious about future resale value, though Om Sree BuildeAnd Developeassures us it's in process.
