The project by Om Sai Buildeis ready for occupancy, having been completed in June 2014. They have provided essential amenities like a lift, power backup, and ample car parking. The proximity to Srinivasa Hospital is a significant advantage, offering peace of mind. The area is developing, and I feel it's a good long-term investment. The connectivity to other parts of Hyderabad is also decent.

We opted for a 3 BHK with 1395 square feet, priced at approximately 34.88 Lakh. The location in Sainikpuri, Secunderabad is good, and it's very close to Srinivasa Hospital. The building was ready to move in since June 2014. Om Sai Buildeincluded a lift and ample parking, which are necessary for a family. The kids have space to play within the complex. Our main concern is the traffic getting out of Sainikpuri during school drop-off and pick-up times, as the roads can get congested. Other than that, the apartment layout is practical and spacious enough for us.

It's located in Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, which is a pleasant area. Having Srinivasa Hospital just a kilometer away gives us a sense of security. The amenities like lift and power backup are functional. We appreciate the ample car parking space provided. The layout of the 3 BHK is quite good, with decent natural light. The only small drawback we've noticed is that the building seems a bit older now, given its completion date, but everything seems well-maintained so far.

Being near Srinivasa Hospital is a definite plus for any emergency. The main thing I like is that I can get to my office in Gachibowli relatively quickly.
