We purchased a 3 BHK at Om Aadah Apartment primarily for our children. The proximity to Pragati School is unbeatable, literally zero distance, which simplifies our mornings immensely. The 1037 sq.ft carpet area provides ample room for the kids to play and study. Although it is ready to move, the construction completed in June 2021 feels quite modern. The location in Maninagar is well-connected, and the Kankaria East Metro Station being nearby is a bonus for weekend trips. Om Infrastructure delivered the project as promised. The only slight issue is the traffic noise during peak houon the main road, but we are getting used to it.
