After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and well-equipped home. Oasis Emerald Heights offered a ready-to-move 2 BHK which suited my needs. The apartment is 1260 sq.ft and feels spacious enough. I particularly appreciate the presence of a Sewage Treatment Plant and Rain Water Harvesting, showing the builder's attention to essential infrastructure. The club house facilities are also quite good for spending leisure time. My only minor gripe is that the parking area could be a bit more organized. It feels a little tight when many residents park their caHowever, the overall environment is peaceful and the proximity to Vivekanand School is convenient for visiting my grandchildren.

I liked that it's a gated community and there's a gym and swimming pool available for use. Being close to Max Hospital is also a big plus for peace of mind. The main concern for me is the traffic noise from the nearby road, especially during peak houIt's a bit louder than I expected. Overall, it's a convenient location with good amenities, but the noise is something to get used to.

We visited the site and were impressed with the landscaping and the overall look of the society. The builder, Oasis Buildtech, seems to have a good reputation. The only downside I've noticed so far is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but that should settle down once everything is complete. The price point felt reasonable for the size and location. I'm hoping for a smooth handover process.
