What really sold me was the proximity to Nest Public School, literally nearby, which is great for future plans. They also offer 24x7 water supply and lifts. The carpet area feels adequate for a fit home. I'm hoping the construction quality is good.

The location in North West, Ghatlodiya is fantastic, right next to Marengo CIMS Hospital and Nest Public School. We are paying around 3.10 Crore. The project is being developed by Nysa Buildspace Llp and should be ready by June 2026. They have promised 24/7 water, lifts, and power backup, which we desperately need. One thing that concerned me a bit was the dust from the ongoing construction, but that's expected. Also, the access road to the project site is a bit narrow, which might be tricky with heavy traffic.
