    We were looking for a larger space than our rental and found Nucleus White Rose. Our 2 BHK is about 712 sq.ft builtup, which feels much better than our old place. The location in Vazhakalla, Kochi is convenient as it's near Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School where our kids study. Having 24x7 security is a big plus for us. Nucleus Premium Properties Pvt Ltd has delivered a ready to move property. The only concern is the dust during the day from nearby construction, but we are hoping that settles down soon. The layout is practical and we feel it was a good decision to upgrade here.
