The construction is ongoing, with completion targeted for August 2025. My only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected, but I hope it gets managed well.

  This is my fit time buying property, and I chose a residential plot in North County by Gayathri 99 Developer. I picked a 179 Sq.yd. Plot for 41.16 Lakh. The location in Medchal, Secunderabad, is quite serene. It's still under construction and set to be finished by August 2025. I liked that they have a designated children's play area and a flower garden, which will be nice for the future. It's also close to Arundhathi Institute of Medical Sciences And Hospital. The main thing I'm a bit worried about is the distance from the main city center and the KPHB Colony Metro Station being over nearby. It feels a bit isolated right now.

  We purchased a plot in North County, Medchal. Gayathri 99 Developer is the builder. The plot size we selected is 179 Sq.yd., which is a good starting point. The price was around 41.16 Lakh, which fit our budget well. It's still under construction and expected completion is August 2025. The location is decent, a short distance Medchal town and a short distance NH-44. They are including landscaping and street lighting, which is nice. The main concern for us is the final finishing quality. We haven't seen any completed units yet, and we hope the construction lives up to expectations when we eventually build on the plot.

  We are planning to build a home for our family and looked at North County in Medchal. The developer, Gayathri 99 Developer, is offering residential plots which is exactly what we wanted. We are looking at plots around 250 Sq.yd. The location is good, being a short distance NH-44 and close to schools like Mediciti Institution of Medical Science. It's under construction, expected to finish by August 2025. They have a children's play area and a jogging track, which are great for the kids. The prices are between 41.16 Lakh and 80.48 Lakh. The only thing is the drive to the ORR exit is about 15 minutes, which feels a little long sometimes when we need to go further.
