    We chose Noel Ivy Creek mainly because of its location. Bhavan's Adaha Vidyalaya is literally nearby, which is a dream for any parent with young kids. Also, Sunrise Hospital Kochi being so close is reassuring. The villa itself is spacious enough for our family. We feel safe within the gated community, and the 24x7 security is always present. The 24x7 water supply is consistent. The access to Seaport - Airport Road and Infopark Road makes commuting manageable. However, the roads around Kakkanad can get very busy during peak IT office hou, and sometimes the noise from the nearby main roads can be heard inside the villa, which is a bit of a concern for us. But overall, the convenience for school outweighs this.

Being close to Sunrise Hospital Kochi was a major factor for me, plus Bhavan's Adaha Vidyalaya is right there too, which is great if I ever decide to have kids.
