It's good that the developer Noel Villas And Apartments put in a gym and swimming pool; we plan to use both regularly. The location in Kakkanad is convenient, close to Infopark Road, which is great for my husband's commute. We booked it at 1.37 Crore. The waiting lounge is also nicely done. Overall, it feels like a good community.
