The location in Kakkanad, Vazhakkala, is developing rapidly, and its proximity to the Seaport - Airport Road is a major advantage for connectivity. The amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and landscaping are well-maintained. The availability of internet/Wi-Fi is also a plus for our work. The only concern we have is regarding the actual carpet area of the flats, which wasn't clearly communicated. However, the overall construction quality appeasolid and the building has lifts and adequate water supply. We are hoping for good rental returns in the future.

The area around Vazhakkala is generally good, though reaching Edapally Metro Station takes about 10-15 minutes by car, which is acceptable.
