    We chose NK Villa Springs East because it's close to CRPF Public School, only an 8-minute drive. Nirmala Dental Hospital is also a short distance, which is very convenient. The 3 BHK villa offe2224 square feet of space, giving our children plenty of room to play indooand outdooThe children's play area is a hit with them. Having maintenance staff available is also helpful for any immediate needs. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind knowing the kids are safe. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction on nearby plots, but it's not too disruptive.
