Living in Ranchi, I know the Harmu, Pundag area has good potential. The presence of a gymnasium and 24x7 security were important amenities. My only slight reservation is that the prices for these flats felt a bit on the higher side compared to similar projects in the vicinity, but the location and immediate availability justified it to some extent.
