I am buying a 3 BHK apartment in Eden Chandramani Heights for my parents who live in Ranchi. The 1380 square feet size seems suitable for them. Eden Homes is the developer. I chose this location in Harmu because it is close to St Francis School and Orchid Medical Centre, which are very convenient for daily needs. The project is currently under construction, with completion expected by January 2027. I appreciate the inclusion of a gated community setup and 24x7 water supply, as these are important for elderly residents. The only minor issue I foresee is that the access road to the project might be a bit narrow, potentially causing some inconvenience. However, the inclusion of landscaping and tree planting should make the surroundings pleasant.

We decided to buy a 2 BHK apartment here, around 1090 square feet, because of its proximity to St Francis School and Orchid Medical Centre, both practically at 0 kilometedistance. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security. Eden Homes has also included rainwater harvesting, which is a responsible feature. The project is still under construction and scheduled for completion in January 2027. My main concern is the traffic on Pipartoli Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested.
