With DAV Alok and Delhi Public School practically at our dootep, the school run is incredibly simple. The 1 BHK unit we looked at was 720 square feet super built-up area, which is a bit compact for a growing family, but we managed. The project is ready to move, which was great as we didn't want to wait. Having a community hall and a badminton court is good for the kids. The price of 20.02 Lakhs is on the higher side for a 1 BHK, especially considering it was completed in June 2013. We are also a bit concerned about dust from nearby construction, but the schools being so close is a huge advantage.
