I purchased a 3 BHK unit, which has a built-up area between 2142 sq.ft and 2462 sq.ft. The price range for apartments here is between 2.47 Crore and 3.14 Crore. The location’s connectivity is decent, with NH-48 being nearby. However, the lack of readily available OC received is a slight concern for potential resale value, even though the project is old. The amenities like garbage disposal and car parking are functional.

The Vastu compliant design was important to us, and it’s nice that the developer Nirmiti Developeconsidered that. Having a clubhouse and jogging track is fantastic for weekend family activities. The proximity to C M International School, just a little over a kilometer away, was a major deciding factor. The overall ambiance is peaceful, though construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be an issue sometimes.

The price for the 4 BHK units can go up to 3.14 Crore, which is substantial, but the apartment is ready to move in. One thing I noticed is that parking space seems a bit limited, which might become a challenge if more visitocome. Otherwise, the 24x7 water supply and lift availability are good.
