We are in a 2 BHK which is about 1000 square feet, a good size for us now. The builder, Nirman Real Estate, has a decent reputation. One thing I've noticed is that the traffic on NH-8 can get quite heavy during peak hou, so leaving the house requires a bit of patience. Other than that, the proximity to Shalby Hospital is reassuring. It's a peaceful enough society overall, and we are settling in well.
