We were looking for a ready to move flat in Kolkata and stumbled upon Nirman. The 1100 square feet built-up area for the 3 BHK seemed decent enough for our needs. Location in Rajarhat, Arjunpur is quite accessible, with NH 12 nearby making travel easier. The community hall and children's play area are good additions. Water supply is 24x7 which is important. We did notice some construction dust around the site, which is expected for a place that is still developing. Overall, the amenities provided seem quite comprehensive for the price point of 57.2 Lakh onwards. Nirman Realty has given a good product.
