The location is convenient, being right next to Johnson Grammar School Mallapur ICSE, which is perfect for our kids. It is still under construction, with an estimated completion date of January 2027. While we are excited about owning a new flat, the parking situation seems a bit unclear. They offer both closed and open parking, but I'm not sure how they allocate it. The amenities like storm water drains and fire sprinkleare good to have.
