We finally moved into our Nestcon Tara flat last week. It's a 3 BHK with 1604 square feet, which is plenty of space for us and the children. The location in Dammaiguda, Secunderabad is quite convenient for us. Akshara International School is practically next door, which was a huge factor. Having Tulasi Hospitals so close is also a big relief. The closed car parking is adequate for our two vehicles. Water supply has been consistent so far, which is good. The only slight issue is the traffic getting out of Dammaiguda during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes, but overall we are happy with the move and the space we have.
