We purchased a 2 BHK flat in Nestcon Orchid back in 2017. The size was about 950 sq.ft built up, which felt adequate for us at the time. Being ready to move was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The location in Bowenpally, Secunderabad is quite convenient for commuting. It’s very close to National Highway 7 and Old Airport Road, making travel easy. However, the traffic around Bowenpally can get quite bad during peak hou, which is a daily challenge. The price point was also reasonable back then. Overall, it has served its purpose as a home.

We chose Nestcon Orchid primarily because of its location near Akshara Vaagdevi International School. It’s literally nearby, which is incredibly convenient for our children. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, which have built-up areas of around 1300 sq.ft. The price was around 35 Lakhs for the unit we considered. It's a ready-to-move project, which meant we could settle in quickly. The development by Nestcon SheltePvt Ltd is located in Bowenpally. One thing we noticed is that the common areas could use better upkeep. Also, it being close to the highway means there is constant vehicle noise.

We were looking for a ready-to-move place in Hyderabad and found Nestcon Orchid. We liked the 2 BHK apartments, especially the ones around 1000 sq.ft built up. The price range from 25.48 Lakh to 37.8 Lakh was within our budget. The proximity to KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals is also a good factor. We moved in about six months ago. The biggest drawback we've found is the lack of dedicated parking space for guests, which can be frustrating when friends visit. Also, the construction is from 2013, so some fittings look a bit dated. But it's a decent starter home for a young couple like us.

The budget of up to 37.8 Lakh was what we were aiming for. The project is ready to move and was completed in 2013 by Nestcon SheltePvt Ltd. The location in Secunderabad, Bowenpally is decent, with Jangam Colony Bus Stop nearby for public transport. Our only real issue is the air quality due to being so close to the highways; there’s always a bit of dust. Other than that, the space is good and it feels like a solid purchase.
