We were renting a small place and decided to upgrade. Nestcon CLR Residency offered a 3 BHK apartment, around 1400 sq.ft., which gave us the space we needed. The price was approximately 80 Lakhs, which was a stretch but manageable with our combined income. Being ready to move was a huge advantage. The 24x7 security and closed car parking are definite improvements. We chose this project primarily because it’s in Alwal, close to where we both teach. The swimming pool is a nice amenity to have.

We liked that it's a ready to move in property, so we could shift immediately. The swimming pool and children's play area were big plus points for us. I liked the layout and the fact that it has closed car parking. The developer, Nestcon SheltePvt Ltd, seems reliable. The area around Alwal is developing, and the proximity to Rainbow Children's Hospital is a plus. My only slight concern is that the parking spots seem a little narrow, making maneuvering difficult sometimes. But overall, it feels like a good start.
