I am concerned about the lack of readily available OC received information, which makes me a bit cautious. The landscape garden is quite pleasant though.

The price seemed reasonable for Gachibowli, starting from 2.58 Cr. Being ready to move in was crucial, as I didn't want to wait. The developer, NCC Urban Infrastructure Limited, has a history, which gave me some confidence. I really liked the children's play area and the swimming pool, which will be great for when friends visit. The location near EuroSchool Hyderabad, nearby, is also very convenient for my younger sister. Parking can be a bit tight.

We bought a 3 BHK apartment, built up to 2690 Sq.ft, which feels quite roomy for our family of four. The price of 2.58 Cr upwards was within our budget for this area. The project is ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle. My kids are excited about the children play area, swimming pool, and the indoor games facility. The 24X7 water supply is a relief. My only concern is the general traffic congestion in Gachibowli during school drop-off and pick-up times.
