Relocating to Hyderabad for work at CARE Hospitals, which is close to Laqshya IT Heights. This project seemed like a good option because it is ready to move and offered spacious 3 BHK flats. The built-up area ranging from 1514 Sq.ft to 1881 Sq.ft gives ample space. The price point between 1.06 Crore and 1.32 Crore is competitive for the area. I appreciated the tennis court and the dedicated yoga/meditation area, which are important for my lifestyle. The proximity to Raidurg Metro Station, nearby, is also convenient for exploring the city. However, I noticed some dust during my site visits, likely due to ongoing development in the surrounding Madhura Nagar Colony area. This is something to consider.

It's conveniently located in Madhura Nagar Colony, Gachibowli, and importantly, Oakridge International School is nearby. The project offea children's play area and ample landscaping, making it a pleasant environment. We purchased a flat for 1.20 Crore. The ready-to-move status was a major advantage for us. The only small concern is the parking – while available, it can feel a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles or large SUVs. Other than that, the fire fighting system and lift availability give us peace of mind.

We were looking for a ready to move flat in Gachibowli and found Laqshya IT Heights. The location is great, very close to HITEC City which is nearby. My husband works there so the commute is easy. We bought a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of around 1514 Sq.ft. The pricing was within our budget, around 1.06 Crore. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can be a bit busy during peak hou, sometimes causing traffic jams. However, the accessibility to the Outer Ring Road is a big plus for weekend getaways. Overall, it’s a decent place for young professionals.
