As a business owner, time is precious, so a ready to move in property like Gauthami Iconia was ideal. I purchased a 2 BHK, 1365 square feet, in this Gauthami Developeproject. The location in Gachibowli is very accessible, especially with the Outer Ring Road nearby for quick travel. The inclusion of a gymnasium and a club house means I don't have to step out for fitness and recreation. While the initial price of 79.63 Lakh was significant, the convenience and quality seem to justify the investment for a peonal residence.
