We moved into NCC Nagarjuna Laurel last year. We have a 3 BHK which is spacious, around 1550 sq.ft. The proximity to Bhavan's Adaha Vidyalaya is fantastic, literally a few minutes walk. This was a major deciding factor for us. The project offea children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids absolutely love. The price point for the larger apartments was around 55 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the area and the ready-to-move-in status. The only downside we have noticed is that the parking can be a bit congested during evenings when residents return home.
