The location in Begur seemed promising, especially being close to the Bangalore-Hosur Highway and the Outer Ring Road which makes commuting easier for my father. The Narayana E-Techno School and Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital are also right there, which is very convenient for their needs. I booked a 2 BHK, which has a built-up area of 989 square feet. The builder, NC Builde& Develope, has a decent reputation. My only concern is the distance from the main city center, but overall it’s a good option for my parents.
