I bought a 2 BHK in TG Aabhushan in Bommanahalli. The price point was attractive, starting from around 31.76 Lakhs for the smaller units. The 948 square feet size is quite efficient for a compact home. The project is ready-to-move, which was a major factor for me. I appreciated the inclusion of a swimming pool and a mini theatre, though I haven't used the theatre much yet. The main concern I have is the availability of OC, which was not provided at the time of possession. This makes getting a home loan from some banks a bit tricky. Otherwise, the project itself is decent with good connectivity to the highway.

The pricing, which goes up to 54.34 Lakhs for the larger configurations, seemed reasonable for the area and amenities provided. The project is located in Begur, which is well-connected to the Outer Ring Road and NH44, facilitating easy travel across Bengaluru. We found the 1000-1300 square feet range for 2 BHKs to be quite spacious. The provision for 24x7 security and power backup was also a key consideration for us. One thing that could be improved is the landscaping; it's adequate but not as lush as I've seen in some other premium projects. However, given it's a ready-to-move property with good basic facilities, it represents a sound investment.

The built-up area is generous, ranging from 1381 to 1622 square feet, giving us plenty of space. The landscaped gardens are beautiful and provide a nice environment to relax in the evenings. It’s also reassuring to have 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. Being near Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital is a significant advantage for us. The only downside is that the road leading to the main street can get quite congested during peak hou, which is a bit of a bother when we need to go out quickly. Still, the proximity to essential services and the overall quality of construction makes it a good choice.

I moved into TG Aabhushan about six months ago and it's been a pretty good experience. The 2 BHK I got is 948 square feet, which is a decent size for one peon. Having the gym and jogging track right here is really convenient after work. The location in Begur is great, very close to the Outer Ring Road so commuting isn't too bad most days, maybe a short distance my office. Power backup is a lifesaver during Bangalore’s unpredictable electricity cuts. My only small issue is that the multipurpose room is usually booked out, so it's hard to get time for a gathering. Overall, it's a solid place with good amenities for the price.
