The main reason for selecting this project was its readiness to move status, meaning my parents won't have to wait long. The proximity to Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital, nearby, is also very convenient for my father. Duo Associates seems to have thought about essential amenities like health facilities and landscaping. I communicated with their sales team via email and they were quite helpful. The layout sounds spacious, which is good for older people. I am hoping for a smooth transition for them.

I did notice some traffic congestion on the roads leading to the project during peak hou, which is a common issue in Bangalore but something to be mindful of. Overall, a decent option.
