I purchased a 3 BHK flat around 850 Sq.ft for approximately 41 Lakhs. It is ready to move, which was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. The location in Maninagar is central, and it is reasonably close to Kankaria East Metro Station at nearby. The built-up area is ample for my needs. My only minor concern is the parking situation. While car parking is available, the slots seem a bit compact if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, Nawab Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has provided a good living environment.
