Being close to Government Sub-District Hospital, Chaksu (0.9 km) and Chaksu Bus Stand (1.4 km) is practical. However, the dust from ongoing construction is noticeable, which is expected at this stage. The completion date is set for January 2029, which means a considerable waiting period, but I'm patient for the right place.
