The price point around 41.67 Lakh was also within our budget, which was a big relief. It's good that they have 24x7 water supply, that's essential. The location near Dudul Gaon Bus Stop, nearby, makes commuting easier. We checked the construction quality and it seemed pretty solid for the price. The developer, Navnath Develope, seems to have completed the project as per schedule which is always a positive sign. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.
