The price was about 1.45 Crore, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move property in this area. The smart card entry system and 24x7 CCTV surveillance give us a sense of security. We also liked the idea of a water softener plant. While the project has a lot of great features, the surrounding area can get quite dusty during construction phases of nearby projects, which is a minor inconvenience. Nandini Build Homes has provided a good mix of comfort and technology.
