Relocating to Hyderabad for work at Yashoda Hospitals, I needed something close by. Nandas Pride in Tarnaka, Secunderabad, was perfect. It's literally 0 kilometeaway, same for Johnson Grammar School. The 3 BHK flat is 1770 square feet, offering plenty of space. I paid around 70.8 Lakh for it. The project was ready to move by May 2017, built by K. Medha Associates. The biggest advantage is the ease of commute to the hospital. The Tarnaka Metro Station is also just 0.50 kilometeaway, which is fantastic for exploring the city. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the building can get quite busy during peak hou, causing some traffic congestion. Otherwise, the convenience is unmatched.

Plus, the Tarnaka Metro Station is just a 5-minute walk away, making our commute to work much easier. The project by K. Medha Associates was ready to move by May 2017. We noticed that parking can get a little tight during evenings when most residents are back. It’s something to consider if you have multiple vehicles. Overall, the space and connectivity are great for us.

We opted for a 3 BHK flat with a builtup area of 1770 square feet, priced at approximately 70.8 Lakh. K. Medha Associates developed this project, which was ready to move in May 2017. The location is quite good, being very close to Johnson Grammar School and Yashoda Hospitals. The Tarnaka Metro Station is also just a short walk away, making it easy for us to travel. One thing we are slightly concerned about is the missing OC details, which we are still trying to verify. Also, the road inside Vijaya Puri Colony leading to the main street is a bit narrow. Apart from these points, the spacious rooms and the overall value for money are excellent.

Medha Associates delivered this project, and it was ready to move by May 2017. One thing we found a bit concerning is the lack of information regarding the OC received. We are still waiting for clarity on that. Also, the immediate vicinity has some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which can be a bit of a nuisance. However, the proximity to Johnson Grammar School and Yashoda Hospitals is a huge plus for us, being just a short distance away. The metro station is also quite close.
