The St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is just a 3-minute drive away, which is great if I ever need it, and Bharati Hospital is also very close at 5 minutes. The flat itself is compact, around 390 square feet, perfect for one peon. It's ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. I like the idea of 24/7 water supply and the fire sprinkleadd a layer of safety. The electrical meter room is also well-organized.
