I selected a 2 BHK apartment at Mythri, developed by Mythri DevelopeThe carpet area is around 680 sq.ft, which is a good size for me. The location on Sarjapur Road is convenient for my commute, although getting to Chikka Dasarahalli Bus Stop, nearby, would require a taxi. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by December 2028. One thing I noticed is that the carpet area for the 2 BHKs can be as small as 593 sq.ft, which might be too tight for some. Overall, I am happy with my choice for now.
