Mythri parents liked the 1000 Sq.ft 2 BHK unit, which is ready to move. The price was about 40 Lakh. Proximity to Spandana Hospital was important for me, and it’s literally zero distance away. I also looked at the 3 BHK which is 1460 Sq.ft, but decided the 2 BHK is more suitable for my parents. I have to trust the builder's word on construction quality as I am not physically present to inspect it regularly. The 24x7 security is a must-have for my peace of mind.
