The proximity to Rajagiri Christu Jayanthi Public School and Sunrise Hospital Kochi is very convenient for them, reducing travel time for appointments and visits. While the project itself is good, the main road connectivity, specifically the narrow lane to reach the property, can be a bit challenging for visitounfamiliar with the area. However, for daily living, it's quite suitable.
