My partner and I were looking for a 2 BHK in the Kakkanad area, close to Infopark. MYS Cyber Town by MYS Builde& Developecaught our eye because it's ready to move. This meant no waiting period. The flat design is modern and practical. We liked the fact that it’s near the main roads like Seaport - Airport Road. The only drawback is that the area gets quite busy during IT office hou, so commuting can be a bit slow sometimes. However, the convenience of having everything nearby outweighs this small issue for us.

I opted for a 3 BHK. The location is excellent, very close to the hospital and also to Seaport - Airport Road for easy access. MYS Builde& Developedelivered a decent product. The area is developing rapidly, which is promising. My only minor concern is that the parking space allocated feels a bit tight for a larger vehicle.
