My partner and I were looking for our fit home and found Multicon Tara Regency. We liked the 2 BHK configuration, with sizes around 800 to 900 square feet. The price range of 32 Lakh to 36 Lakh was manageable for us. The location in Laxmi Narayan Colony, near Dhakuria Station Road, is decent, though we found the Kalighat Metro Station to be a bit further out at nearby, which is a slight inconvenience for our daily commute to the IT hub. The flat is ready to move, which was a big plus. We did notice some dust and construction debris around the common areas, likely from ongoing minor works or just the age of the building. The Multicon Group delivered this project in May 2012. It’s a basic apartment but suits our needs for now.

We liked the location in Dhakuria, being close to Gariahat Road and also having Dhakuria Station Road nearby. My wife runs a small boutique and the connectivity helps her a lot. The price was within our budget, around 34 Lakh. One thing I've noticed is that the traffic on Gariahat Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commutes. The location in Laxmi Narayan Colony is pretty quiet, though getting onto the main roads can take a few minutes. Multicon Group seems like a reliable developer, having completed the project back in 2012. The flat itself is well laid out, and I'm happy with the natural light it gets. I wish they had listed the amenities clearly, as that's something I was looking for.

I have two vehicles, and finding adequate parking within the complex is proving difficult. The completion date was May 2012, so it's an older, ready-to-move property. The flat layout is functional, but the building itself shows its age in some areas. I'm hoping the developer can address the parking issue.
