Mulik Corparation has included a good range of amenities, especially the solar energy option for electrification and storm water drains which is important. My only worry is the connectivity to the Pune Ahmedabad highway; sometimes the traffic on Baif Road gets quite bad, especially during peak houHopefully, the development around the area will improve road infrastructure. We are looking forward to the December 2025 completion.
