The 537 square feet 1 BHK carpet area is exactly what I need as a bachelor. Muktai Constructions has provided good amenities like electrification with transformer backup and solar energy options. The location in Saswad is peaceful, and it's nice that the hospital and bus stand are just a couple of kilometeaway. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's expected in developing areas. I hope the parking situation remains manageable.

  I'm buying this flat in Muktai Premraj Palace for my parents who live in Pune. They wanted something comfortable and ready to occupy. The 2 BHK with a carpet area of 765 square feet is spacious enough for them. Muktai Constructions seems to have thought about practical amenities like closed car parking and good water conservation systems. Saswad is a quieter area, which my parents prefer. It is close to the Saswad hospital which is good for their health needs. The only slight concern is the road access, as it can be a bit narrow to get to the project. However, knowing it's ready to move is the biggest relief.

While the area is quiet, I do wish it was closer to the main city for quicker access to major hospitals, but the peaceful environment is a trade-off I'm willing to make.
