The 537 square feet 1 BHK carpet area is exactly what I need as a bachelor. Muktai Constructions has provided good amenities like electrification with transformer backup and solar energy options. The location in Saswad is peaceful, and it's nice that the hospital and bus stand are just a couple of kilometeaway. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's expected in developing areas. I hope the parking situation remains manageable.
