Being a single woman, security is my top priority, so the 24x7 security and gated community aspects of MS Ramaiah Develope' project were very appealing. The location in Brookefield is convenient; it's close to Varthur Road and has a hospital nearby. I use the gymnasium regularly, and the community hall is a nice addition. The apartment is ready to move in, which was a big relief. The only slight concern is that the Kundalahalli Metro Station is nearby, requiring a short commute.
