I decided to purchase a 3 BHK unit at Mourya Sannidhi after looking at a few other options in SVN Colony. The 1500 Sq.ft layout feels quite open and comfortable for my family. Since I run my own business, the proximity to the SVN Colony Bus Stop is very helpful for my staff to reach the office easily. Mourya Constructions has kept the construction standard decent for the price range of 33.0 Lakh. My only minor issue is that the visitor parking space is limited, so guests sometimes have a hard time finding a spot on the main road. The building is Vastu compliant which was a priority for us. It is a good ready to move property in a central location.

Mourya Constructions ensured that the handover went smoothly. One thing I noticed is that there is some dust in the air due to road work nearby, but that is common in growing areas.
