    Relocating to Guntur for work meant I needed a place close to a medical facility. Finding Saffron was fortunate because Aster Ramesh Hospitals is quite close by. Mohan Ramakrishna Manukonda has done a fair job with the construction. The building is ready to move which was essential for my quick relocation timeline. The location in SVN Colony is very convenient for accessing the main parts of the city. While the building itself is well built, I think the common areas could be kept a bit cleaner. Apart from that, everything is fine. It is a practical location for someone with a busy professional life and requires easy access to hospitals and emergency services.

    Moving to Saffron has been a good decision for us given the location in SVN Colony. Since we both work in IT, being close to the SVN Colony Bus Stop is very helpful for our daily commute. Mohan Ramakrishna Manukonda has built a decent structure here. The apartment is ready to move which saved us a lot of time. We do feel that the parking area is a bit cramped for two caand gets crowded during peak houOtherwise, the neighborhood is quite peaceful and feels safe. We looked at a few other places in Guntur but the proximity to transport made us finalize this one. It is a solid choice for young families starting out.
