I shifted to YHR Priya Grand recently and it has been quite comfortable so far. Since I work long hou, having the SVN Colony Bus Stop just 0.2 kilometeaway is a massive relief for my daily commute. The 3 BHK apartment feels quite spacious with the carpet area measuring around 1317.39 square feet, which is more than enough for a single peon who loves having extra space for a home office. YHR Constructions has done a decent job with the basic infrastructure like internal roads and footpaths within the complex. My only minor complaint is that the area can get a bit noisy during peak traffic houbecause of the nearby main road, but that is expected in a busy part of Guntur. Overall, the place is functional and clean.
