This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Mont Vert Avion for a 2.5 BHK. I was drawn to the project's innovative design and the promise of luxurious living. The location in Pashan is quite convenient, with the Ideal Colony Metro Station only about 5 kilometeaway. It's also great that there's a tennis court and a multipurpose room within the complex. The apartment itself feels quite airy and has good natural light. My only concern is the dust from nearby construction sites, which can be a bit botheome at times. I hope Mont Vert Estates addresses this. It's a good start for me, hopefully the maintenance is also good.

As a single working woman, I needed a place that felt safe and convenient, and Mont Vert Avion fit the bill. I picked a 2 BHK, around 750 square feet, which is perfect for me. The project was completed by Mont Vert Estates in November 2013, so it's well-established. I really appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the fire fighting system – these are essential safety features. The landscaping and tree planting also make the complex look very green and pleasant. The only minor issue is that the Jupiter Hospital is about 6 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a drive in case of an emergency. But otherwise, the location and amenities are very satisfactory.

However, the Pashan-Sus Road area can get quite congested during peak traffic hou, which is a daily concern for commuting. Mont Vert Estates delivered this project back in November 2013, so it's a ready-to-move-in property. The location in Pashan is decent, with the National Highway just about 1 kilometer away, making commutes easier. I also liked the inclusion of a water softener plant and garbage disposal system; these are practical amenities. My only reservation is the proximity to the school, which might mean some traffic noise during drop-off and pick-up times. Overall, a solid purchase, but one needs to consider the potential school rush.
