The location in Pashan is good as it's relatively quieter than Baner itself, and close to Gora Kumbhar School. Parth Developeare constructing it, with a targeted completion in December 2025. I appreciate the inclusion of 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which are important for senior citizens. The price starting from 1.77 Crore is what it is for a new project. They also have indoor games and a multipurpose hall. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable once the project is complete.
