We chose The GEN Meraki primarily for our children's schooling. With D. A. V. Public School nearby, it is very convenient. We bought a 3 BHK apartment of 1408 square feet. The price was 2.35 Cr. The developer, The Gen Group Of Constructions, has included a kids' play area within the landscaping which is nice. The gym and jogging track are good for the adults. The only small issue is the traffic on the main roads nearby can be heavy sometimes. Otherwise, the apartment itself is spacious and the finishes seem good, especially the TOTO & Grohe sanitary fittings. It is ready to move.
